The short version
Your leave settings are calculated in your browser. You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your employer’s name, travel plans or personal calendar.
Information stored on your device
LeaveAlchemy may use local browser storage to remember a purchased calendar-pack unlock, your most recent plan during checkout and your optional-cookie choice. You can remove this data by clearing site data in your browser.
Bank-holiday data
The planner requests the public bank-holiday feed from GOV.UK. If that request fails, a bundled fallback calendar is used.
Payments
When paid checkout is enabled, payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives the information you enter at checkout and processes it under its own privacy policy. LeaveAlchemy does not receive or store your full card details.
Optional analytics and advertising
If analytics or advertising is enabled, those scripts load only after you accept optional cookies. Refusing them does not stop the planner working. Advertising may require an additional Google-certified consent flow before it is activated.
Your rights and contact
You may have UK data-protection rights including access, correction and deletion. For a payment-related privacy request, use the trader contact address displayed at checkout or on your receipt so the correct purchase can be located.
